Member Benefits:  Your Vintner’s Wine Club membership may include pre-release Joseph Filippi varietals, limited production offerings, award-winners, new releases and items not in regular winery distribution, giving you the opportunity to taste and sample our wines throughout the year.  Joseph “J.P” Filippi will personally make all selections for you.

 

Members will receive invitations to exclusive member only events at the winery for tasting and dining throughout the year, Reserve Summit – private tastings in the wine library (reservations and ticket purchase required), 15% off select wines when purchased in our winery gift shop (premium, specially discounted, and French wines excluded), 20% off JF winery logo apparel, 10% off giftware, and other offerings including complimentary tasting for you and a guest when visiting the winery!

How it works 

  • Your shipment will be $54.95 each, shipping/handling (if applicable) and sales tax will be added.  This is a 20-25% minimum savings off of retail pricing. (Selections will be available or will be shipped December, March, June, and September.) All shipments are released on the 1st of these months.
  • We will automatically bill your credit card at the beginning of each quarter.  If you have elected to have your wine shipped to you we will act as your agent and will arrange to have UPS deliver your wine.  Members will receive an email confirming when wines are ready for pick-up or will be shipped.
  • Your membership can be cancelled at any time in writing, after your second delivery, by contacting the winery directly via email (JFwineclub@gmail.com), facsimile or U.S. Mail. Cancellation Request must be received 30 days prior to next Shipment date.
  • Please note that business/work addresses are best and adult signatures are required upon delivery or pick-up.
  • Members MUST be at least 21 years of age.

All wines being shipped are packaged in our custom 3-bottle pack shipping container and shipped via FedEx to ensure they arrive at your home or business in perfect condition.  We reserve the right to postpone shipments due to severe weather conditions.

*At the present time we can ship our vintages via FedEx (for an additional shipping and handling fee) to:

Alaska (some restrictions apply), Arizona*, California, D.C., Florida (some restrictions apply), Iowa, Kansas*, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon. Other inquiries are welcome.  Authorizations in other states are pending.  *Requires on-site ordering only!

Q & A

Q:  How do I pay for the Vintner’s Wine Club?
A:  A credit card number must be provided when signing up for membership.  All payments will be charged in full directly to your credit card prior to pick-up or shipment.  No exceptions.

Q:  Instead of shipping, can I pick up my selections?
A:  You may pick up your selections at our Rancho Cucamonga location once your credit card has been charged.  We will contact you by email or letter to let you know when it is ready for pick up.  Members have up to 45 days from the official pick-up announcement date to physically pick-up their selection, after which time shipments will automatically be sent via FedEx at the members expense to the address listed on the membership form.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q:  What happens if my credit card is not approved?
A:  There are two reasons why we may not ship your package or it may be unavailable for pick up right away; 1) declined credit card, 2) expired credit card.  If this happens, we will contact you by email or phone one time to notify you of the problem.

Q:  What happens if my shipment in undeliverable?
A:  If a shipment of wine is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will contact you by email or phone.  If we do not receive a response within seven working days, we will refund the value of the wine and the taxes you were initially charged on your credit card.  *Please note:  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Credit card refunds:  All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Q:  What happens if I move?
A:  If you move while you are a Member, please notify us of your new address by contacting the winery via phone, fax, mail, or email prior to your move to prevent missed shipments or forwarding delivery charges.  Joseph Filippi Winery is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.

Q:  How do I cancel my membership?
A:  You may cancel your membership at any time, after completing two shipments, by contacting Joseph Filippi Winery in writing via fax, mail, or email. Cancellation request must be received 30 days prior to next Shipment release date.
