Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in Napa Valley. This wine has delicate notes of spicy nutmeg, ripe black cherry, and warm toasted oak on the nose, with tart raspberry and red plum on the front palate, and smooth oak tannins rounding out the finish. Full bodied with good acidity, this wine will pair well with food. Serve at room temperature and try pairing with mild cheddar and parmesan cheeses, pasta carbonara, prime rib, or seared duck breast.
