Product Description

Fragrant, deeply nutty, dry and extra smooth, “Oloroso” is a Spanish word with two related meanings in sherry production. Oloroso is the richer, flavorful type as opposed to sherry fino. Produced from old vine Cucamonga Palomino and Mission grapes, solera barrel-aged many years for consistency and style. Truly an elegant aperitif sherry, perfect to stimulate the appetite before meals. Pairs well with dried cheeses, nuts, olives, shrimp salad and Spanish entrees including shellfish. Bottled aging will increase amber colour, smoothness of body and concentration of aromatic congeners
